Fees & How I Work
My practice is structured differently than traditional weekly therapy.
Sessions are designed to support deeper, nervous system-level healing through Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR), rather than ongoing weekly sessions focused primarily on updates.
Starting Therapy
Sessions typically begin weekly to help build a foundation and establish the pacing of DBR work.
Most sessions are 50 minutes at a rate of $170 per session. Early sessions focus on understanding what’s bringing you in, building safety and structure, and helping you become familiar with how DBR work is paced differently than traditional talk therapy.
Ongoing DBR Work
As treatment progresses, sessions are often moved to biweekly to allow space for the body and nervous system to process and integrate healing between appointments.
Most ongoing sessions remain 50 minutes, with extended 75-minute sessions available when clinically appropriate and supportive for deeper processing work.
This structure is designed to support focused, meaningful change rather than ongoing weekly sessions centered primarily around updates.
Many clients find this approach leads to deeper, more lasting progress without the need for long-term weekly therapy.
Payment
Payment is due at the time of each session.
I accept:

HSA/FSA cards
Insurance
I am currently in-network with Highmark Blue Shield through December 2027 and with Capital Blue Cross through December 2026. Beginning January 2028, I will transition to a private-pay (out-of-network) model.
If you have out-of-network benefits, I can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. Please contact your insurance provider to understand your specific coverage.
Cancellation Policy
Your session time is reserved specifically for you.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice (including same-day cancellations) will be charged the full session fee
No-shows will be charged the full session fee
This policy allows me to maintain consistency and availability for all clients.
